My research domain falls within co-creative AI discourse, as I study methods of practical integration of Machine Learning within Arabic typography practice.
Sally earned her undergraduate degree in Visual Communication from the American University of Sharjah (AUS). After working as a full time typographer and brand designer at Abjad Design for four years, she decided to pursue her postgraduate studies in London, UK, where she received her Master’s degree in Creative Computation from the University of The Arts London (UAL). Sally taught briefly at UAL in London, UK, as an Associate Lecturer while simultaneously freelancing as a brand / typographic designer. She is currently a Senior Creative Designer at Hill & Knowlton in Dubai, UAE.
